Welcome to Maa Boli! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (www.maaboli.ca) and all associated services, including enrollment in our Punjabi language learning programs.

1. Services
Maa Boli provides online Punjabi language classes for children, delivered via video conferencing platforms. Enrollment and payment are required to access classes.
2. Registration and Accounts
To register, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Payments and Fees
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Full payment is due upon registration. Missed classes are non-refundable but may be eligible for makeup sessions, subject to availability.
4. Class Cancellations and Refunds
Refunds are only issued prior to the first scheduled class. No refunds will be given once the session has begun.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, and resources provided by Maa Boli are the intellectual property of Maa Boli. They may not be copied, distributed, or reused without prior written permission.
6. Code of Conduct
Maa Boli reserves the right to remove a student from the program due to inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to disruptive conduct or disrespect toward instructors or peers.
7. Limitation of Liability
Maa Boli is not liable for technical issues, delays, or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms or internet providers.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the website and services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
